Éperlan Beanie

Inspired by a memory of ice fishing in the “Bas-du-Fleuve”, when the wind whipped our faces and we kept pulling “éperlan” out of the water with our tiny rods, one little fish after another. I was surprised how we could catch all these fish at such a low tide, bending over we could see the clear brown bottom and the shadow of the éperlans!
